Examine our high-performance integrated magnetic RJ45 connectors, SFP high-speed transceiver modules, and protective connector interfaces configured for global networks.
Deltavox Optics Technologies Co., Ltd. stands as a premier optical communication solutions provider, specializing in the design, engineering, and global export of advanced transceivers, high-speed fiber optic modules, and integrated networking interfaces. Established in 2016, we operate from a modern manufacturing base covering 18,500 square meters of high-precision assembly lines, cleanrooms, and testing facilities.
Our operational framework bridges advanced optical technology with reliable hardware. Serving optical communication distributors, hyperscale data center operators, enterprise IT integrators, and telecom service providers across the globe, we design and package products that address challenges in signal integrity, Insertion Loss (IL), Return Loss (RL), and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
With an annual export value of approximately US$18 million, Deltavox Optics consolidates 7 years of specialized export experience alongside 12 years of core industry expertise to provide flexible, dependable, and highly competitive connectivity architectures to international markets.
As hyperscale cloud environments transition toward 400G and 800G optical links, precision engineering of connectors and cages becomes critical to preventing signal degradation and optical dissipation.
Our BiDi SFP and QSFP28 transceiver modules leverage optimized laser components (DFB, FP, or VCSEL) to sustain high-speed simplex and duplex transmissions over distances up to 120km. The alignment of the ceramic ferrules inside the LC connectors ensures minimal Insertion Loss (≤0.2dB) and excellent Return Loss (≥55dB for UPC; ≥65dB for APC), vital for high-density architectures.
Modern telecommunication racks necessitate hybrid routing topologies. We design and manufacture low-profile, multi-port stackable, and vertical RJ45 jacks equipped with integrated magnetic modules (Magjacks). These units manage impedance matching, mitigate crosstalk (NEXT/FEXT), and provide isolation from common-mode noise, while supporting speeds up to 10G/5G Base-T.
For high-frequency transceiver interfaces (SFP, SFP+, QSFP), dissipation of generated thermal energy is critical. Our SFP cages feature integrated mechanical heat sinks and EMI shielding gaskets to isolate localized electromagnetic noise, preventing bit errors (BER deterioration) and maintaining system stability at elevated operation temperatures.
Operating in the center of China's optical communication hub provides Deltavox Optics with the unique capacity to streamline production, ensure material consistency, and rapidly deploy customized designs.
China's optical component ecosystem offers unmatched vertical integration. From high-purity glass preforms and precision ceramic ferrules to copper alloys and high-speed PCB fabrication, our supply chain access minimizes raw material bottlenecks. We have formed long-term partnerships with approximately 850 strategic material suppliers, allowing us to maintain stable production runs even during periods of global supply volatility.
This localized supply density directly benefits our customers:
Furthermore, Deltavox Optics integrates sophisticated automation machinery at our production facility, including high-speed pick-and-place lines, automated wire bonding, and multi-channel optical power testing platforms. By minimizing manual handling, we optimize yield rates and consistently deliver products that align with international engineering specifications.

Deltavox Optics operates under a strict Quality Management System. We verify electrical parameters, optical parameters, and mechanical tolerances to match industry standards.
Our quality control staff supervises every stage of production—from incoming inspection of component parts to final out-of-box quality checks. This ensures that every transceiver, SFP cage, and RJ45 jack meets exact customer requirements.
We execute multi-stage tests including automated optical inspections (AOI), insertion/return loss verification, high/low temperature cycling, accelerated aging tests, network compatibility matrices, and mechanical endurance trials.
Our entire catalog adheres to environmental and engineering directives. Our manufacturing workflows are certified compliant with RoHS, REACH, CE, and FCC criteria, facilitating straightforward localization in global markets.
Deltavox Optics provides custom hardware development and firmware configuration to match local deployment topologies in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America.
Different networking topologies require specific modifications. Deltavox Optics provides complete OEM/ODM options, enabling engineers to adapt physical and software parameters:
From industrial IoT deployments requiring ruggedized IP67 waterproof connector jackets to dense urban fiber networks using low-profile vertical SMT RJ45 configurations, we build hardware tailored to its operational environment.
Last year, our engineering team launched 168 new products, supported by 126 optical engineers and technical specialists. This highlights our capability to adapt to emerging market requirements and design trends.
Providing technical clarity on high-speed copper and optical interfaces for deployment teams and procurement managers.
Integrated magnetic RJ45 jacks, such as the JX20-0252NL, merge the physical port connector with signal conditioning magnetics. This design conserves PCB space, reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI) through built-in shielding, and protects the physical layer silicon (PHY chip) from transient voltage surges and electrical noise.
We maintain an extensive compatibility verification lab. Every transceiver's EEPROM is programmed with vendor-specific firmware codes. Our 56 quality inspectors test every unit on switches from leading networking brands to verify that domestic and international devices read our modules without generating port errors.
Long-haul performance is determined by optical power budget, receiver sensitivity (often using APD detectors rather than PIN detectors), and spectral width. Our 1490nm/1550nm 1.25G BiDi modules use DFB lasers to ensure minimal dispersion over single-mode fibers (SMF), enabling transmission distances up to 120km without intermediate amplification.
Vertical SMT connectors are preferred in space-constrained layouts where the PCB is stacked horizontally or where input/output cabling must be routed vertically out of the enclosure. Their low-profile construction helps minimize the height profile of the PCB assembly inside compact industrial equipment or network appliances.
For industrial and outdoor deployment, waterproof RJ45 modular jacks feature IP67-rated housings. This prevents the entry of moisture, dust, and particulate matter, ensuring stable contacts and consistent signal integrity in harsh environmental conditions.
We employ automated optical alignment systems and precision ferrule geometry polishing. By monitoring the physical contact parameters of the optical ferrule (including radius of curvature, apex offset, and fiber undercut) during the assembly process, we keep insertion loss consistently low and return loss high across large production volumes.
